What is the difference between consumer and business T’s & C’s?

We have two versions of our Terms and Conditions - Consumer and Business. If the contract is between Milc and a company the client must agree to the Business Terms and Conditions. However if the contract is between Milc and a private individual the client must agree to the Consumer Terms and Conditions.
