As former photographers for a London estate agents, Polly Maxwell and Heidi Clark have seen alot of tired looking properties with worn decor. They quickly realised these properties - many cluttered with piles of possessions - were not selling quickly. So in 2004, they set up Milc, a property styling company, to help homeowners restyle their homes for buyers and achieve the all important asking price.
